Singapore – The Shape the World Summit 2023, a creative thought-leadership event for thought leaders, innovators, and change-makers from around the world, is pleased to announce its theme for this year’s summit: “Future Resilience by Sustainability.” The summit will take place on 21st June 2023 at Pullman Kuching, Sarawak, and will feature an impressive lineup of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
The Shape the World Summit is dedicated to featuring ideas from changemakers and companies who are part of a growing movement to shape a better world by featuring new visions, case examples, and methods for change. This year’s theme, “Future Resilience by Sustainability,” explores the challenges facing individuals, communities, and businesses in their desire to shape sustainability in a more complex era of data and AI.
The summit shall feature 16 speakers from entrepreneurs, practitioners, and government from ASEAN in four tracks and a final panel discussion:
Track 1 – Cause: Rallying stakeholders to come together for a common cause to implement sustainability with data in mind
Track 2 – Creative Vision: Different visions for sustainability and data
Track 3 – Culture of Trust: Engaging the community and shaping a culture of trust to actualise sustainability and also in the new field of artificial intelligence
Track 4 and Panel Discussion – Competent Pivot: How to evolve the industry practices such as building netzero Data centres at a time when more of such centres are needed.
Attendees of the Shape the World Summit 2023 can expect to:
- Learn from experts from sustainability, data, artificial intelligence on building resilient infrastructure, balancing economic progress with sustainability, taking a systemic approach to urban planning, using AI and data to create innovative cities, and reducing carbon emissions in data centers.
- Discover new trends, ideas, and technologies shaping the future of sustainability and resilience.
- Network with 400 peers, leaders, and potential collaborators from around the world who share a commitment to sustainability and resilience.
The Shape the World Summit 2023 by invite only. If you are a changemaker, in business, government, academia, nonprofits, and social enterprises, you may request for an invitation. The Gala Dinner on the same day shall be open to all summit participants, where they will witness the announcement ceremony of the Unity Mark award, a global media award that recognises media campaigns that foster community action or reconciliation.
