Wilson Teo holds directorships in TEO Holdings Pte Ltd and its group of companies. He is responsible for the business development and operations of the company and its subsidiaries. The principal activities of TEO Holdings are investment holding, apparel manufacturing, trading, and outsourcing as well as wholesale/retail.

Gino Bulan is Country Director and leads for Consulus Philippines. He has extensive Strategic and Operational experience in the Philippines and South East Asia in the fields of Strategic Planning, Leadership, Business Development, Commercial Operations and Marketing. He has served various large and dynamic organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, United Laboratories, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, and Sanofi. Prior to Consulus, Gino served as Portfolio Enhancement and Strategic Projects Head in Sanofi.

Dzung Do Nguyen is an international expert in urban development with 15 years of experience in plan-making and implementation in
fast-growing regions and cities in Asia. Dzung has led multi- disciplinary teams, engaged decision-makers in the real estate sector and government agencies. He has explored new frontiers in urban innovation with the aim of providing market-responsive, context- sensitive and implementation-ready urban solutions.
His work focuses on strategic city development, smart city planning, water-sensitive urban design, and new town development. Many of his completed projects have received awards from the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) and American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Aside from leading enCity, Dzung is also a lecturer in the Master of Urban Planning programme at the National University of Singapore.

Vincent Chee is Deputy Director for Design at Consulus. He is part of the regional design team in Consulus and is responsible for visual research, identity and visual language development, environment design, packaging design, and online experience design.

Rebecca is responsible for research and impact-oriented models and develops strategic solutions for business and organizational design. She has been involved in business and organizational transformation projects in Singapore, ASEAN, Europe, the US, and Latin America.

She was tasked to set up Saradise Gallery in 2017. Her interest and love for Sarawak arts inspire her to explore and learn more about the unique Sarawak arts identity. She engaged and work together with various group of artists and art enthusiast with an aim to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of Sarawak arts at Saradise Gallery and to bring them to an international stage.

Saradise Gallery has since collaborated with and showcased more than 700 artists from various creative art disciplines such as paintings, sculptures, photography, performing arts, fashion and design, through various events, exhibitions and collaborative efforts with state authorities, arts organisations as well as education institutions. In 2018, she lead a team of 15 local artists from Sarawak on an art exchange program to Foshan, China under the Belt & Road initiative, sponsored by the Chinese Government.

Previously, he was in Enterprise Singapore. During his time there, he helped to grow the startup ecosystem and oversee Singapore’s heartland enterprise development. He was also posted to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he helped Singaporean companies expand in the Middle East.

Sean is not new to the startup scene, having spent time working in high-growth startups such as Uber and Coffee Meets Bagel. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in his Bachelor of Business Management in Singapore Management University.

As the business development manager of One Heart Cleaning, Feng Yao oversees new business opportunities, operations, marketing and sales approach of the company. Since October 2020, he have successfully assisted in the company expansion from 26 employees to 200 and counting, also transforming One Heart from a startup business to a recognizable SME in the industry.

Being an advocate of giving back to the community, he has kick-started various social enterprise with One Heart, for example, training program for PWIDs with MINDS and being part of the inclusive employment with NECDC.

Prior to his role in One Heart, Feng Yao was a senior project manager who managed projects across the region. During his 8 years stint, he oversees budget approval, branding conceptualization to the main event execution, and have seen success in countries like China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Myanmar.

Jim Funk is the Global Senior Fellow for Leadership at Consulus. In that role, which is a lifetime appointment, Jim is a senior advisor to the Consulus CEO and Core Circle, and a member of the Global Leadership Circle. Global Senior Fellows are appointed because they have developed a new method, contributed thought-leadership content, or gifted the thought-leadership to the entire global network for its use. In that regard, Jim brought the concepts and competencies of the Holistic Leadership model to the Consulus Global Network and was instrumental in building relationships with partners who together with Consulus created programs to develop and form leaders based on the HERO model of Holistic Leadership.

Gwendolyn was awarded the prestigious Li Ka Shing Foundation Scholarship in 2019 and holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. As a scholar, she has published multiple articles on public health and mental wellness. In 2020, the team she led won first prize at the Tsinghua University International Case Analysis Competition of Public Policy on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), for a case study on reducing educational inequality in Fujian province, beating over 200 teams of masters-level researchers from around the world. In this case study, she advocated the importance of educational equality to build the mental health of our students globally.
