Future Resilience by Design

When COVID-19 hit the world, many organizations were shell-shocked by the level of disruption COVID-19 brought to their business and operations; yet the pandemic also saw inspiring examples of resilience.

The theme for the summit is: “Future Resilience by Design.” This event gathers leaders from large enterprises to social enterprises and startups to share their experiences of resilience and how they have emerged stronger from the crisis.

Through the Consulus method of Future Resilience by Design, the summit will examine solutions and approaches to how being cause-driven helped shape a culture of trust. And how new creative visions helped to guide effective business pivots.

The summit will also explore the four growth sectors defined by Consulus known as Food-Environment-Data-Space (FEDS), and how these four global trends will impact our world over the next two decades.

Shape the World Summit is the signature conference of Consulus, an annual thought leadership platform since 2005 to bring together leaders who seek to impact a better economy for a resilient and inclusive future.

METHODOLOGY

The summit adopts the unique Shape the World Method of 3S through relational exchanges, sharing sessions, and panel discussions. The 3S are:

Sense – Sense the shifting trends and what it means for you, your industry and what change will be needed.
Synergy – Connect with like-minded leaders who do not need to be told that change is needed and believe that the time is now for common action.
Scale – Together find ways to scale solutions together.

What would a 'Corporate Vaccine for Resilience' look like?

Here are the following four tracks that will take place during this event:

The Shape The World Summit inspired hope, shared knowledge, and provided an update on global trends and situations. It facilitated the opportunity to get to know new people and projects. This confirms that there are more people with the same dreams and goals: transforming the world. In particular, I appreciate the opportunity to see Consulus works.
