To kick off the project, Consulus conducted in-depth interviews with key founding personnel. This approach was essential in understanding the company’s operational strengths and past entrepreneurial experiences, particularly from its foundational partner, Bảo vệ Thiên Bình Security Company. By harnessing these insights, Consulus was able to synthesize a unique business model that encapsulated FAIRVIET’s expertise which enabled the firm to enhance its capability for technology transfer and scalability. This foundational work laid the groundwork for developing a purpose-driven business that could effectively respond to market demands.
Translating Concepts into Reality
With a solid foundation in place, Consulus moved on to creating a cohesive brand strategy. This involved the development of a distinctive corporate brand identity, complete with a new name and tagline in both English and Vietnamese, reflecting FAIRVIET’s commitment to “Shaping Standards. Sustaining Prosperity.”
The branding process included crafting brand applications such as business cards, letterheads, and digital templates, alongside a business toolkit portal designed with user-centric UI/UX. These elements were meticulously aligned with the company’s mission to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and create a brand that resonated with major clients and attracted top-tier talent.

In the final phase, Consulus focused on refining FAIRVIET’s strategies to ensure scalability and market leadership. Key initiatives included:
