Singapore, 21 June 2017 – Relentless in its growth, Consulus has expanded yet again to Brazil. The opening of Consulus Brazil was sealed today with the welcoming of Carlos Xavier, our senior consultant in Brazil.

During the ceremony, Consulites from all over the world, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia and Malaysia, rejoiced in warm applause for the expansion of the Consulus family. All shared the impact of Consulus’ UNIFY Methodology and celebrated the ever-growing reach of Consulus.

Filled with laughter, the room was enlivened by the assembly of different people from a myriad of backgrounds and culture. The close-knit, yet diverse group of people is not a common sight, and the room was undoubtedly enlivened by the multi-disciplinary nature of Consulus. As the day drew to a close, the ceremony highlighted that the right values that Consulus stood for can cut across any racial or national barrier, pulling together a group of like-minded people seeking growth and progress.

Consulus builds on the strong foundation of identifying purpose, emphasising methodologies that transform organisations from the inside out. Therefore, given the long strife of political instability in Brazil coming to an end, Xavier highlights that “Consulus methodology is highly relevant to Brazil’s economic environment and could not come at a more opportune time. Consulus transforms companies, and in turn, can help to transform Brazil.”

“The world economy is showing huge challenges and a disruptive transition towards Industry 4.0. I believe with his leadership and experience, Carlos together with the global family of multi-disciplinary consultants, will certainly be able to deliver the tested solutions of Consulus for Brazil and Latin American companies seeking to redesign their businesses for innovation,” said Paolo Frizzi, Regional Director for Europe and Americas at Consulus.

The ceremony ended with the hopes of more beginnings. Reflecting the sentiments of all in the room, Xavier was left emboldened with the potential of Consulus and shared with sincerity, “When you feel something good, you will want to not only share it with your country but with the rest of the world. I hope I will be able to contribute meaningfully to Consulus’ purpose, while also helping other companies of Brazil crystallize their own purpose.”
