— TESTIMONIALS

Don’t take our word for it, hear from our pre-program workshop participants

With COVID-19 pandemics we see the need for new approaches to very complex realities. We have to learn to overcome isolation and divisions in the society. HERO is a way of holistic leadership embracing the whole person: body, mind and spirit and I like its nature of servant leadership.
Marián Čaučík

Vice-chairman, Christian-democratic movement, Slovakia

I found the IUPUI and Consulus Pivot with Courage program both personally and professionally formative, and truly unique and different than most leadership programs. I was especially impressed with the variety of ways participants were invited into conversations, the experienced facilitators, and the stories shared from the panel of innovative leaders. As I left this program, it invited me to think about what I need to do as a leader, and more importantly how I want “to be” when leading through a challenging and complex world, now and into the future.

Jane Sweeney MSM, MAHCM, BSN

Formation Director, Ascension Indiana Market

thought the Pivot with Courage workshop was exceptional! The examples provided by the leaders brought to mind comments that I hear physicians and other leaders express about moments when they are reminded of “why I went into this work”. I am intrigued by the idea of offering a workshop / series on this leadership model to a cohort of physicians.

Janette L. Helm, MA, RN, MCHES
