Helena Pham was invited to Hanoi University to share with students about the strategic role of an event to a destination of tourism. The third year students of Management & Tourism Faculty were also introduced to the Consulus proprietary methodology 4-Frames and got hands-on experience in applying the framework to design an iconic Spring Food festival for Hanoi.

“An event is a strategic move to rekindle the relationship between the tourism destination and its visitors”, Pham emphasised.

Students of Management & Tourism Faculty were giving a group presentation on their proposed event concept.
