A future ready programme to help enterprises and individuals in Brazil equip themselves and shape the future economy

Global innovation consultancy, Consulus, and Anpecom Brazil are pleased to announce today the official launch of Brazilian 4.0 Programme.

The project seeks to create a platform to help Brazilian micro-enterprises and individuals find purpose, transform and equip themselves with the necessary solutions to prepare for the future economy.

Through this collaboration between Consulus and Anpecom, it is the aspiration of both bodies to create a world-class model that is designed to help the least and those in need of it, while engaging those who have to help those in need, in a virtuous cycle of economic communion aimed at being ready for the future economy.

“This is Consulus further commitment to contribute to shaping a more inclusive future economy. This effort with Anpecom to help micro-enterprises or leaders with little means in need of quality business solutions is an important piece in our global work to shape an inclusive Industry 4.0,” said Lawrence Chong, CEO of Consulus Global.

“I think this initiative of Consulus and Anpecom can contribute to other organizations in Brazil and in the world, and inspire other people and companies,” said Carlos Xavier, Country Director of Consulus Brazil.

“We are very happy with this partnership between Consulus and Anpecom, because we have started a world-class work with the spirit and purpose of the Economy of Communion with a central focus,” said Marcelo Cassa, Vice President of Anpecom.

Through this programme, Consulus will collaborate with Anpecom to offer five solutions catering to the needs of Brazilian enterprises and individuals:

  • PersonalCORE, a personal evaluation programme to help individuals find their personal purpose and development roadmap.
  • UNITY 4.0, an audit to help companies review their ability to act as one and create value in an age of disruption.
  • DigitalCORE, an audit and recommendation programme to help companies transform and thrive in the digital economy.
  • LeadershipCORE, personal or team-based creative courses and programmes to help leaders and leadership teams rethink their role, gain new skills and learn how to unite their organisations to navigate future challenges and be effective in Industry 4.0.
  • PurposeCORE, the principal business transformation solution of Consulus and the world’s first 3-in-1 transformation program covering business, human resource and design.

Last November, Consulus and Anpecom signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) where Consulus will provide assistance to member companies of Anpecom in their market entry expansion globally. Brazilian 4.0 Programme is the first initiative following this MOU.
