The memory of a good person is a blessing. And so today we honour our colleague, Andrew, by profoundly expressing our loss, and also by remembering him – an amazing person who has played a unique and special role in all of our lives.
In the instances that I have worked with Andrew his openness and passion for his work is evident in they way he communicated and even though we are in different countries you cannot help but feel that he is no less part of the team in Consulus than the person sitting beside you.
My deepest condolences to his family and friends, may God be with you.
Roy
My condolences to the family of Andrew, may his soul rest in peace. He will always be remembered in our hearts.

Andrew is our expert in language. I still remembered having great laugh with him about how he was sometimes inspired by High School Musical OST lyrics. Andrew is a highly efficient copywriter and most of the time able to deliver before the deadline. Thank you so much for all efforts you contributed to Consulus and to our clients at large. Rest in Peace, Andrew.

Like the rest of the team, I’m saddened to hear about Andrew’s passing. While I regret that I didn’t have the opportunity to work with Andrew for a longer period, I am consoled that I did have a chance to interact with him, albeit for a short while.
Andrew was dedicated to his work, whether it was working on a copywriting task for a client or brainstorming with the rest of the team during the Yellow Cow project.
The last time we spoke was over Skype and Google Chat, regarding a copywriting task for a client who’s in the fishing tackle business. Andrew, having done fishing himself, was able to capture the essence of the brands and reflect the essence in the individual profiles of each manager.
About a week back, he emailed myself and Nikki to say that he needed to take medical leave to nurse a bad flu. I told him to take care of himself and not worry too much about work. I was surprised to see that he had sent out the copy at 3:30am just after Boxing Day. As I remember from another colleague, work is never ending, deadlines are always there, so it’s important that we take care of ourselves so that we can produce great work the next day. Part of me regrets not spending more time to tell him to concentrate on resting well, to tell him that he doesn’t have to rush out the copy as there was no specific deadline for it.
Andrew was never afraid of checking with the team on what he was doing, and I appreciated his efforts to continually improve on his copy. I remember one of his last comments, when I spoke to him about revising the copy to make it less over-promising (it really made the client’s managers look really good!), and he said he’d take a look at it. That was the last personal reply I got from him.
I smiled when I saw Andrew’s last remark about the New Year Dinner on email to all staff. You could sense his enthusiasm for life, through his humorous comments and his sharing with all of us during Consulus activities.
Thank you Andrew for your dedication. It’s been great working with you.
May you rest in peace, and hope that the Angels in Heaven will get to hear you strum your guitar.

Though I missed the pleasure to work closely with this impressionable and warm character in Andrew, his occasional interactions and witty messages to everyone were never dull and certainly always, very pleasantly memorable. Will miss you, Andrew.

Andrew’s sudden passing shocked and saddened us all. We were looking forward to meeting Andrew in Brunei a couple of weeks ago. But it was not meant to be. Appreciated your humor, in particular, being able to see the funny side of the passport issue.
May you rest in peace.

Your good humour and easygoing nature left an impression on me. Thanks for everything. I’ll miss working with you.

A bright and an honest staff that no employer ever wants to lose but sadly, we have lost…unexpectedly.

I am most shocked and saddened to hear the sudden passing of our colleague Andrew. I remembered how enthusiastic he had been when I corresponded with him via email on him joining Consulus as a copy writer. I was glad that he accepted our offer and though it may be just a short time that he was with us I know he was happy working with everyone on the team.
Life is too short but his passing I believe is peaceful but much unexpected!
Eternal rest grant unto him oh Lord and may his soul rest in peace.
My deepest sympathy to his family.

In the few working moments that we share, I always felt Drew’s great enthusiasm for work and life. It is with much regret that we can no longer enjoy his wonderful and positive personality. Will miss you and may your family find peace.

Andrew, Though we only hear each other during Consulus circle sessions,
I remembered your humor…
May you rest in peace.

Drew is great guy. He always make an effort to connect to us, and accommodate to our work schedules. I enjoyed working with him because is he not afraid to take criticisms. Although he is gone, his sincerity, positive working spirit, love for life and family is something that will stay in our memories forever.

May peace and joy be with him.
An unforgettable person who left little sparks of joy in our hearts with his words.

I never knew you except for the words you wrote but I drew from them inspiration. Thank you for touching my life.

We may have lost a friend and a consulite. But through this brief moment with him, we have gained a better appreciation about life through his thoughts and his readiness to go the extra mile. This is the memory that will stay with us.
Thank you Andrew and may you rest in peace.

We called him Chief in our Church’s apostolate. He’s the chief because he led us, with a selfless and passionate heart – following the footsteps of the Chief in heaven.
