Pamela is the Global Director of Shape The World Xperiences, a sub-division of Consulus that focuses on championing impact causes and societal growth through organising and managing change-making business summits and conferences.

Pamela is highly regarded for her marketing and branding expertise in Singapore and New Zealand. She has 15 years of experience in brand development across various industries including banking, music, retail, property, investments, architecture & design, healthcare, politics, faith-based organisation, landscape, and the energy sector.

At the forefront of shaping change-making initiatives, Pamela has held significant leadership roles, such as the lead for a New Conservative’s (a New Zealand political party) rebranding campaign in 2022. She was also the lead project manager for myVillage mall’s design & marketing campaigns from 2020 to 2024, at an agency called Fifth March.

Pamela will lead Consulus in Shape The World Xperiences. The unit specialises in curating, planning and managing bespoke change-making and impact-oriented events. The portfolio includes Shape the World Summit and Conferences, Design and Health Congress from Stockholm, the 50th anniversary of Asian Conference of Religions for Peace in 2026 and an upcoming international design market place concept. All these events will involve almost 2,000 participants from 60 nations from Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe.

Pamela will be based in Auckland.
